September 15th, 2006For the divas of silver screen, my proposal is based on “Tweed” black & white film. Based on the “Tweed” cloth developed during the 40’s, I have adapted the same principle with sterling silver. Based in the military style (World War II), present in films such as Casablanca.

How can we catch water? H2O is a no form, mobile, flexible, uncatchable material. … so, how can we catch water?
By giving skin! The idea is to transfer and adapt the water characteristics, which will not define a container, but a "dressed water". The object has a conceived pre form, flexible with low expansion, so it fisical form is moulded by users, to became a "touchable water". This "free" form has a hole which allows an interaction with the user and the environment. It can be used for holding or it can be hang, for instance, if there isn’t enough space on the table.
The purpose is to catch the water skin, or the water itself.
